Shipping & Handling

Order Processing

Most standard parcel orders ship within 24 hours, excluding bulk and freight orders.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.


Carriers and Standard Transit Times

We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Typical transit time after carrier pickup is generally 3 to 7 business days.

Transit times are estimates only. Weather events, carrier disruptions, seasonal surges, service interruptions, customs processing for international orders, address issues, and other factors outside our control may delay delivery.

Certain FedEx Ground or Home shipments may ship via SmartPost, depending on the item and destination.


Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping services may be available depending on the items in your cart and the delivery address.

Expedited options and actual rates are displayed at checkout.

If an expedited order is placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day, we make every effort to ship the same business day, excluding bulk and freight orders.

All parcel shipping rates shown at checkout for standard and expedited services are final. Delivery dates and transit times remain estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.


Free Shipping and Freight Orders

Most products ship free within the contiguous United States via standard parcel service.

Orders requiring freight or LTL delivery, including pallet shipments or large-quantity orders, may incur freight charges. Once the order is processed, we will obtain the lowest available freight cost and contact you with the rate for explicit approval before any freight charges are applied.

You may also:

  • Arrange your own freight pickup
  • Request shipment using your preferred carrier and your carrier account number if your discounts are better

No additional freight charges will occur without your explicit approval.


Tracking and Shipment Notifications

Shipment notifications are guaranteed. We send a shipping confirmation when your order is processed for shipment.


Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided when available and are emailed when the order is processed for shipment with a tracking link. Tracking details are also available in your account order history.

International Orders

International shipping availability varies by product, destination, and carrier restrictions. International orders may ship via postal service where available for smaller parcels, international express courier services for faster trackable delivery, or freight and LTL service for bulk shipments.

Import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility. International transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing and carrier routing.

Shipping Insurance

Insurance may be added to any shipment by calling Customer Service at 800-509-0927 prior to shipment processing.


Delivery Issues, Re-Delivery, Refusals, and Return-to-Sender

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any fees assessed by carriers for address correction, re-delivery, re-routing, return-to-sender, storage, appointment, or similar carrier charges where applicable.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender due to incorrect address information or missed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for outbound shipping costs and any additional carrier fees. Any reshipment may require payment of applicable shipping costs before re-delivery.


Returns and Refunds

Return Window

Unopened products in new condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.


Return Authorization

  • No RMA is required.
  • Returns must be authorized by contacting Customer Service at 800-509-0927.
  • Photos or carrier reports are not required for unopened, new-condition returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, including wrong product shipped, shipping error, or other fulfillment mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Approved returns are refunded for the item price only. Original outbound shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Performance Guarantee

NT-MAX Septic Products

NT-MAX Septic products are fully guaranteed when used according to our guidelines and label directions. Proper usage is required for effective results. Refunds for product ineffectiveness are available after six weeks of compliant use within one year of purchase, excluding failures due to structural or mechanical damage, roots, or excessive occupancy. This guarantee does not cover commercial, rental, multi-unit, multifamily, or industrial applications.


NT-MAX Biological Water Clarifier

NT-MAX Biological Water Clarifier is certified non-toxic, non-hazardous, and non-pathogenic, and is safe for people, pets, fish, wildlife, aquatic plants, and surrounding ecosystems when applied as directed. Our guarantee covers the product’s composition and safety profile for one year from the date of purchase and assumes adherence to all label instructions for storage, handling, and dosage. It does not apply to misuse, contamination from outside chemicals, conditions created by structural damage, extreme pollution events, or unapproved industrial applications. Force Majeure and Carrier Delay Disclaimer

NewTechBio is not liable for delays or failures in shipment or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, labor disruptions, supply shortages, governmental actions, or similar events.
