No Competitor, Reseller, Marketplace, or Advertising Use
Competitors, resellers, marketplace sellers, advertisers, affiliates, catalog operators, lead-generation websites, content publishers, and other commercial parties may not use our images, generated media, product photography, renderings, videos, graphics, written content, page layouts, or brand assets to market, advertise, list, compare, promote, or sell any product or service without prior written authorization from NewTechBio, Inc.
This restriction applies even if the product shown in the image is the same product, a similar product, a compatible product, a substitute product, or a product sold in the same jurisdiction or market.
